In an effort to increase our capacity to care for more people in our four current cities and expand into more cities, we are transitioning to a smarter, more powerful all-in-one CRM system called CharityEngine.
CharityEngine’s Partner Center is the self-service center for Big Table Champions. Your Partner Center will allow you to manage your communication preferences (including customizing newsletter subscriptions based on your interests), obtain end of year tax statements, update credit card information for sustaining transactions, and manage tickets to upcoming events.
Through the top navigation you can do the following:
Home: Returns you to login/landing page and personal dashboard
My Info & Preferences: You can update contact information, communication preferences, opt in/out of communication opt-in lists
Reports & Tax Statements: You can review giving history, view/manage accounts and giving preferences, review reports & statements such as end of year tax statements
Events & Volunteering: You can view and manage event tickets including assigning purchased tickets to guests and/or view raffle ticket numbers
Settings: You can change your login password
Getting into your PARTNER CENTER is simple.
STEP ONE: Click the button below or visit https://portal.big-table.com/partner/
DO YOU GET EMAILS FROM BIG TABLE? YES? Then you already have an account on the Big Table Partner Center with the email address we send to.
If you are uncertain about what your user email is, please contact your local Big Table city and we'd be happy to help you!
STEP TWO: Click “forgot password” and use the email address you normally get emails from Big Table from as your username
STEP THREE: Reset your password via the email sent from Charity Engine
STEP FOUR: Log in using your new password and check out your shiny new Partner Center
STEP FIVE: Save or write down your password in the high security vault (or the sticky note) where you keep your passwords.
