Office and Care Engagement Coordinator
Anna feels most alive after a sunset swim in the Pacific Ocean, when wandering the streets of a new city, or walking beneath the cherry blossom trees in springtime. You’re likely to find her drinking a Café au lait while reading a theology book in a local coffee shop or walking along a body of water while listening to a podcast. She has traveled internationally and throughout the United States, but in her eyes, nothing beats the beauty of the West Coast.
Her work at Big Table is influenced by a degree in Christian Theology from Seattle Pacific University and her own experience in the industry selling gourmet doughnuts in her Southern California hometown. She is inspired by Henri Nouwen’s vision of hospitality as “the creation of a free space where the stranger can enter and become a friend” and hopes to embody that in all that she does.
